This position is responsible for planning and monitoring all phases of model production and ensuring the supply of all materials necessary for the product to allow production to achieve the required quality in the most cost-effective and efficient way.

Responsibilities :

1. Obtaining technical information (style sheet) to start working on product samples before the operation phase. 

2. Monitoring sample preparation before the operational phase to obtain operational approval from the production planning manager. 

3. Prepare a detailed description of the model. 
 
4. Sample price of finished product with too many factories pieces to get the best price. 

5. Determine the nomenclature to operate a certain amount of products. 6. Issuance of operating orders for product models for internal and external factories. 

7. Monitoring the implementation of product model operation orders with material and warehouse planning. 

8. Examine samples with Technical Office before operating. 

9. Follow the coding process with financial Management work orders for the operation. 

10. Follow all production steps (cutting - printing - embroidery - processing - washing - dyeing - packaging). 11. Supervision by sending the necessary data to the financial department for the preparation of the cost statement (price of embroidery printing and dyeing - BOM). 

12. Planning the product production procedure from samples to final production.
