- Development of fully integrated Baseline EPC Level 3 schedules in primavera P6
- Development of Level 2 Schedules to support Proposals.
- Monthly updates of Project Master Level 3 schedules
- Conduct Critical Path Analyses and recommend mitigating actions where necessary.
- Production of progress, productive curves and earned value reporting.
- Recovery schedules, revised baselines, delay analysis etc.
- Daily progress updates.

- Provide more detailed cost reporting daily or weekly updates, as required.
- Track budget and highlight budget impacts to the project control manager.
- Review target budgets in conjunction with engineering, project, and construction management.

- Support the change control process, establishing the necessary forms, logs and expediting methods.
- Develop Risk mitigation reports.
- Invoicing
- Assist with review and development, issuance and evaluation of subcontract change orders as required for their project tracks.

- Initiate day-to-day discussions with all groups involved in a project to assess the change / schedule implication of ongoing work.
- Estimation of resources based on site productivity.

5+ Years of experience with 2+ years’ experience as a Planning engineer in projects > 50Mil$Bachelor’s degree in engineering.Proficient in Primavera P6 softwareProficient in Microsoft office applications.Professional certifications will be an added advantage.English language proficiency is a must.
