Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the corporate travel operations team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Flight Reservations: Utilize Amadeus GDS for flight ticket reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
- Tour Package Design: Develop, quote, and manage comprehensive inbound tour packages, coordinating with hotels, suppliers, and tour guides to create attractive offerings.
- Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience in Egypt.
- Supplier Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, local suppliers, and tour guides to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Presentations and Demos: Conduct effective online demonstrations of tour packages and services to prospective clients, showcasing the unique experiences available in Egypt.
- Multi-tasking: Manage multiple inquiries and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and promote additional services or upgrades to clients, such as travel insurance, guided tours, or special experiences, to enhance their travel plans.
Operational Management:
- Develop and implement efficient operational workflows for booking, coordinating, and managing inbound tour packages, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with hotels, tour guides, and local suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to quality standards and service agreements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Management Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, including booked packages, revenue generated, and client conversion rates, to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction scores, providing insights to management on service quality and areas for improvement in tour offerings.
Personal Qualities:Excellent English verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyPerform effective online demos for prospectsGood Knowledge with GDS (Amadues) for flight tickets reservations at Sales Shop Education:Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:3-5 Years of experience in inbound tourism operations or travel consultancy, with a focus on offline designing and managing tour packages.Prior experience using GDS systems, particularly Amadeus, for flight reservations.Previous experience for designing / quoting (Inbound) Tour Packages, dealing offline with hotels, suppliers, tour guides.... etc.
