Senior Tech Recruiter

 

Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Interview and Selection:

  • Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assist in the selection process, including administering assessments and reference checks.

Onboarding:

  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions.

Organizational Development:

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

Performance Management:

  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.

Employee Engagement:

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on key HR metrics.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into HR strategies.

Previous work experience in the field of software companies is a mustBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent & OD acquisition and organizational development.Proven experience in designing and implementing Proven experience in Headhunting & Sourcing &recruitment and training programs.Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
