- Management of planned, reactive and incidental works for security, safety, housekeeping, waste management, and pest control.
- Responsible for implementing a soft services plan for the mall by directing a team in routine and scheduled jobs; ensuring compliance to set standards and carrying out regular inspection, with the objective of enforcing adherence to safety standards and customer satisfaction with the allotted budget.
- Implements expected service standards to the staff and monitors them in terms of personal grooming, hygiene levels, communication skills, and the service offered to guest with the objective of superior guest experience and ensuring that they appropriately representative of the staff standards of the mall. Arrange necessary training to maintain/improve standards.
- Coordination with Tenants: Responsible for the coordination with tenants for the back of the house facilities, trash disposal, pest control, Safety & Security issues. This includes coordinating hygiene requirement for F & B outlets
- Investigate complaints, disturbances, and violations and resolve problems following management rules and regulations.
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties.
- Oversee general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling.
- Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties.
- Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation
- To prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems, and processes and monitor performance against budget
- To ensure a smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers, and contractors
- Develop and upkeep the corporate mall identity - ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines
- Take steps to improve customer services inside the mall
- Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operation.
Bachelors degree in any field.Post-graduate studies are a plus (Masters, MBA, ...)5+ years of experience in mall management.Excellent communication skills.
