Job Purpose: The one responsible for developing, implementing & monitoring all marketing strategies, Social Media platforms, digital marketing materials and offline marketing activities as campaigns and events. Ensure brand awareness and strategic alignment with company's goals & objectives online and offline.
Duty 1. Strategic Marketing:
- Design, plan, implement, and execute effective online & offline marketing strategies, ensuring their alignment with the overall business’s objectives & goals.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas to identify new opportunities and generate effective marketing leads.
- Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.
- Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players and agencies.
- Manage, direct and evaluate marketing agency operations and outcomes.
- Oversee and approve all marketing material.
- Gather information, share insights as well as monitor competitors’ marketing movements.
Duty 2. Social Media Platforms Management:
- Build and maintain Company’s branding and presence through social media channels.
- Ensure all digital marketing materials, presentations, company profile, catalogs, brochures and flyers are in line with our brand identity.
- Increase the visibility, popularity and performance of our social media channels.
- Manage and oversee social media posting schedules.
- Plan, execute and manage the SEO & SEM on all online channels and develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic.
Duty 3. Offline & PR Marketing:
- Plan & execute offline marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and increase marketing channels.
- Prepare, monitor & organize offline marketing events.
Duty 4. Reports & Analysis:
- Manage the marketing budget as well as determine expenditure channels.
- Analyze the effectiveness of each campaign and develop lead generation programs.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital channels and marketing campaigns.
- Assess the outcomes against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with Management to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling.
Core & Technical Competencies:Excellent Marketing Strategic Thinking & Marketing Analysis Skills.Excellent SEO & SEM Skills.Excellent CRM Knowledge.Exceptional Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skills.3 to 5 years of Digital marketing/communications and event experience are required, preferably in a professional services organization.Demonstrated experience in developing content and managing communications across various social media platforms .Experience in developing and managing compelling and informative website content.Other Requirements:Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.Marketing Diploma will be a plus.Experience Software , CRM , ERP will be a plus.Excellent user of MS office, especially Power Point.Excellent user of Photoshop, Illustrator & Canava.
