The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. This role includes sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth selection process.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Review applications, conduct screening interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
• Attend job fairs and career summits to engage potential candidates.
• Act as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, collecting feedback to improve recruitment processes.
Person Specifications
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions, adapt to business changes, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Fluency in English required.
