EL Nubar Trading Company is a Multi-National corporation based in Cairo, Egypt, specializing in Construction, Power Solutions, Communication Services, Imports and Exports, and General Trade. With over fifty years of experience and two hundred projects completed in the last decade, we have a global presence by distributing and exporting licenses in various industries. We aim to maintain international growth while expanding into new fields and maintaining our local roots.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager for the Trade and Export Division's Director at EL Nubar Trading Company in Cairo. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth workflow. They will also assist in developing strategies for growth and improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or administrative assistant
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Fluency in multiple languages (beneficial)
  • Experience working in a multi-national company (beneficial)
