About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated General Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role will specialize in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely monthly closings. You will also play a vital role in our annual closing process, balance sheet reconciliations, and accounts analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of [Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable], including processing invoices, payments, and collections (or disbursements)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly closings
- Participate in annual closing procedures
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Analyze accounts and identify any discrepancies
- Handle interactions with external auditors
- Maintain compliance with Egyptian and Saudi accounting and tax laws, including VAT and WHT
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
