- Ensures that the Injection lines under their responsibility are running continuously at the established level of efficiency and effectiveness;
- Responsible for meeting the production plans in a timely and effective manner.
- Responsible for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Be required to minimise downtime, set-up time and waste through timely interventions on process adjustments and repairs.
- Improve line efficiency and effectiveness by supporting the implementation of improvements and modifications to maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical knowledge coupled with experience.Demonstrated previous experience in working in a similar role.Having a good knowledge of electrics, electronics and pneumatics.Must be ready to work on a three-shift basis.Ability to priorities and complete work assignments by specific deadlines. Organized and meticulous approach to work demonstrating excellent team playing skills.Personal qualities of drive, energy and enthusiasm.Initiative to propose and implement new ideas.
