Job Purpose

•To assist and facilitate the formulating, and report Etisalat Misr long term HR, Admin, and Procurement Strategy to achieve corporate and Etisalat Group business objectives, Smart Spending and talent strategies. •Support in designing Strategic KPIs for the HR, Admin, and Procurement departments •Report progress on Strategic KPIs and operational plans with alignment to Etisalat business plan, Operation Excellence, Corporate Culture, and Engagement attributes. •Manage Etisalat Misr employees’ mobile app •Manage Etisalat Misr HR certification programs.

Report To Position Name

Employees’ mobile app\: •Create and manage the app development roadmap based on the employees’ needs, company digital aspirations and stakeholders’ requirements. •Manage the contents of the employees mobile app, maintain the dynamics of app technical support, stability and reporting. HR Certification\: •Approach HR & Admin certification bodies, study different certification programs and its pros and cons •Manage the whole cycle of te certification between internal and external stakeholders. •Work closely with the HR communication on the certification external and internal campaign.
