Hiring and interviewing:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment activities across different functions.
- Source potential candidates for senior office positions.
- Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person/online interviews.
- Coordinates interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and communicates feedback.
- Initiate and negotiate the job offers with the candidates.
- Upon offer acceptance, communicates the hiring documents and requirements to the candidate and ensures all requirements uploaded to the system prior to handing the candidate to the People Operations Team for onboarding.
- Conduct market research to understand salary trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry demands.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to support recruitment strategies.
Communications:
- Develop relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote the company and attract talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing and selection processes.
- Maintain a regular communication channel with the hiring managers and responds to their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Work closely with P&O team, hiring managers and other departments to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs.
Recruitment Administration:
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all data is up to date.
- Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
Process Improvement:
- Analyzes recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implements changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
KPIS Managements Skills:
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to assess and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition on heavy industries and mass hiring.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess and improve recruitment effectiveness.
