Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities:

· Provide specialized talent management services to the company on a day-to-day basis, ensuring essential procedures are implemented, applied, and consistently and that service standards are set and maintained.

· Responsible for the recruitment process, ensuring that potential candidates are targeted in the most effective way and that appropriate interview and assessment processes are deployed to maximize the fit between candidates and the Company’s requirements and that it secures the best talent available to meet the company’s needs.

· Identifies the manpower plans or manpower sourcing options to meet operational requirements within an optimized approach.

· Keep an updated database of current CVs received from different sources (employment fairs, recruitment agencies, referrals, and walks-in).

· Conduct a formal job interview to assess the fit of the candidate against the organization and job requirements.

· Effectively conduct the exit interviews for all people leavers and make an analysis of the exit interview results.

· Assist in developing the organizational structure to satisfy the business strategy, should ensure the validity of the organization design model throughout the period and changes.

· Assist in preparing and updating the JDs, policies & procedures.

· Implements performance management system and tools to clearly identify the measurement criteria and the methodology of review and evaluation of individuals (or groups of individuals) to be utilized for managing and rewarding people.

· Identifies the development needs of employees in connection with job requirements, performance evaluation, and development plans.

· Assist in preparing and implementing the employee engagement activities.

· Identifies issues; obtains relevant information, relates and compares data from different sources, identifies alternative solutions builds reports based on the analyzed data and makes recommendations.


· Bachelor’s degree in any related field required.· 2 - 3 years of experience in HR field.· HR Diploma or its equivalent is preferable.· Knowledge of HR systems and databases.· Very Good user of MS Office.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· People-oriented and results-driven.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
