Recruitment & Selection:
- Attract & headhunt talented calibers in different types (White Collars & Blue Collars).
- Review received resumes; conduct formal and structured applicant screening through job interviews via phone or face-to-face; recommend short-listed candidates.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Prepare a job offer as per the company salary structure.
- Complete and process new hire paperwork.
Personnel:
- Ensure that all documents of the employee file comply with the documents needed as set by the Labor Law and Social Insurance.
- Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Make sure that all government employees’ records are up to date.
- Review and manage employee after-hiring benefits including social insurance (form1,2,6), bank account, and other related employee logistics needed.
1-3 years of related work experience.HR diploma is preferredBachelor’s degree Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
