Software Support Engineer

  • Monitors, administrates and troubleshoots systems and business applications.
  • Performs the roll-out and deployment of new system features and updates.
  • Communicate with users through a series of actions to help resolve issues or how to effectively use the system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues through analyzing logs, applications, networks, operating systems...etc.
  • Providing remote and face-to-face technical support to system users.
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records of all issues with resolution and contact details.
  • Performs regular backups and disaster precautions.
  • Make continual improvements to procedures and documentation.
  • Delivering the highest level of developer satisfaction
  • Overcome developer challenges by crafting better samples, tutorials, and guides Engage with our operations and engineering teams to build, drive and improve our tools and processes

Fluent in English is mustBachelor of Engineering in Computer science or related fields.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.Excellent time management, decision making, prioritization and organization skills.Team player. Promotes a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.Projects a positive and professional image, via all means of interaction, remote, and face-to-face.Proven technical diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of CMMI and ITIL frameworkSelf-motivated, independent, and high-performance individual, with the ability to learn new technologies and become productive extremely fast
