Role Purpose:

To lead Data Center teams (Database, Systems, Storage & Backup, Infrastructure architecture and Wintel).

Job responsibilities:

•    Plan & execute department strategy in alignment with the local & VF-Group guidelines.
•    Ensure delivery of on time, quality and cost-effective Infrastructure services within agreed SLAs, and partner with Account Management, to support planning and successful delivery of related projects.
•    Overseas infrastructure architecture roadmap in alignment with holistic enterprise application solutions.
•    Ensure operational excellence and support, including on premise cloud, databases, servers, storage, backup and back-office servers.
•    Oversee the development of business cases, Infrastructure product evaluations, service selections and tender assessment in accordance with Procurement procedures.
•    Ensure that Infrastructure services are robust, resilient, secure, and compliant
 

Skills Required:

Core competencies, knowledge and experience
•    Strong IT & Management experience. 
•    At least two previous roles in the IT/DC.
•    Mobile telecommunication industry.
•    IT Service management background.
•    Budget, Vendor& People management.
