:Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Research and book flights, accommodations, and transportation for corporate clients based on their travel

  • Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
  • Manage and organize travel itineraries, including booking changes, cancellations, and rebooking as necessary.
  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and car rental agencies to negotiate rates and secure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Assist clients with travel insurance, ensuring they have the appropriate coverage for their trip
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain client profiles and travel preferences in the company's database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging technologies to provide clients with the most relevant and efficient travel solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and anticipating their travel needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient travel experience for clients

:Required Skills
  • Experience in working as a Business Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software, such as Amadeus or Sabre
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple travel arrangements simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide effective solutions
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours and be available for client emergencies
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
