Audit Officer

- *Operational Audits*: Review operational processes, especially in  distribution channels, to assess efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- *Inventory Audits*: Conduct detailed audits of automotive parts, raw materials, and finished goods inventories to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- *Internal Controls*: Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal controls within various departments, including finance and procurement.
- *Dealership and Distribution Audits*: Audit the performance and compliance of dealerships and distribution centers, ensuring adherence to contracts, pricing structures, and delivery timelines.
- *Report Preparation*: Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and recommendations for improvement and present them to senior management.
- *Follow-Up Audits*: Track the implementation of audit recommendations and ensure corrective measures are effectively applied.

 


### *Qualifications*:- *Experience*: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the automotive sector.- *Industry Knowledge*: Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including inventory management, supply chain, and dealership operations.- *Skills*:  - Proficiency in accounting and audit software. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and report-writing skills. - Problem-solving and risk assessment capabilities.
