Senior Sales Representive

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Responsible for meeting the monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients, offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Manage Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Seek new sales opportunities in the market and work on attracting new clients.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure the delivery of products or services that meet customer expectations.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular performance reports to senior management on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

 


A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 3 to 7 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High ability to perform strategic market analysis.Leadership skills to guide and support the sales team in achieving goals.
