Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Immigration Expert role at Global Expat Offshore located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Immigration Expert, you will be responsible for managing immigration cases, providing strategic guidance to clients, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations. This role involves liaising with government agencies, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and staying informed about immigration policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in immigration law and procedures
- Strong knowledge of visa types, residency permits, and citizenship applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information confidentially
- Familiarity with immigration software and databases
- Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses in immigration law
Preferred Skills
- Sales and client acquisition in the immigration and tax consulting industry
- Ability to manage local marketing efforts and lead generation channels
- Knowledge of global residency and citizenship programs, business immigration, and legal compliance
