Job Description: IT Systems Administrator
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, Exchange, and SQL Server. This role will involve ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, and domain services.
• Manage and configure Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for secure identity management and single sign-on solutions.
• Oversee Microsoft Exchange environments, including email system administration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Administer SQL Server databases, ensuring data integrity, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
