Key accountabilities and decision ownership: - Partner with the leadership team to build talent management strategy that engages people in delivering the organization’s objectives.
- Manage the manpower plans completion and execution following the approved plan and budget in coordination with the hiring managers.
- Conduct different sourcing activities using different channels in alignment with the manpower timelines, as well as proactively availing a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical jobs.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for jobs in scope in coordination with the hiring managers, ensure proper documentation and timely hiring process for managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR manager and the functional heads on setting the departmental KPIs in alignment with the company objectives.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review cycles, continuously orient managers on the review process, and analyze results as needed.
- Integrate performance results with the learning needs across the organization to leverage performance and capabilities.
- Work with the heads of departments on identifying training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
- Oversee and manage the execution of all the L&D initiatives and plans across the organization.
- Evaluate learning and development programs and monitor and report on activities, costs, and performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Field with wide exposure in (Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development and OD Activities).- Strong Hands-on Experience in Employer Branding & Internal Communication Activities.- Automotive background is a plus.- HR Diploma is a Must, MBA is a Plus.- Strong Leadership & Time Management Skills. - Excellent Command of English Language.
