We are looking for a Senior Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Naser City. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Organizational Development (OD), Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Recruitment. You will play a key role in managing talent strategies, driving performance, and supporting the company's growth.

*Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies to enhance company performance.

-Oversee the Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring effective goal setting, appraisals, and employee development.

-Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

-Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and succession planning.

-Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

-Provide expertise on performance reviews, employee feedback, and career development.

-Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.

-Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.

*Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in OD, PMS, and recruitment.

-Strong understanding of talent management processes and HR systems.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

-Proficiency in HR software and tools.

-HR certification is a plus.
