Public Sector Sales Account Manager (B2B Key Accounts)

Job Summary:

the job holder will be responsible for handling B2B Sales for the public sector Key Accounts.

Accountabilities

  • Plan, organize and prioritize workloads in order to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare reports and internal documentation to detect current status and discover improvement needs
  • Be a point of expertise and reference within sales planning and participate in identifying opportunities for cross selling and upselling to enhance sales and profitability
  • Maintain standards review, check and monitor work output to ensure quality requirements
  • Review major deliverables to ensure meeting quality standards and client expectations
  • Handle hard cases and VIP customers and provide efficient recommendations and advices to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Update sales leads and sales forecasts information on the sales application to ensure accuracy of information at all times Account Manager
  • Research, select and evaluate new deals and prospects existing and new clients to ensure achievements of sales targets
  • Implement commissions scheme for dealers/franchisees/re-sellers to ensure effective implementation of related policies
  • Handle all key accounts communications, conflict resolution and compliance to ensure satisfaction and loyalty


Requirements:

  • University degree
  • 4-6 years of experience
