Ability to work constructively with multi-functional teams.

Excellent technical drawing skills.

Ability to prepare high quality detailed drawings and working drawings, all according to Dubai Building Code.

Ability to do professional coordination between all disciplines (architecture, structure & MEP)

Establishment & Assembly of drawing sets according to authorities’ regulations and standards.

Assist in developing of proposals, designs, sketches, and technical documentation.

Communicating with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project drawings.

Works closely and effectively with leadership to keep informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and appropriately following up.

Ability to work hardly.

Ability to work over weekends once needed.

Be a supporter of quality and automation across all aspects of the delivery and operation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in a consultancy firm.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is a MUST.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Capable of meeting project deadlines and delivering solid project results.

Flexible attitude.

Candidates must be able to take direction from the management and manage assignments in an organized and efficient manner.
