Work as "Accountant Support for our software", and give our customers sufficient support to use our cloud ERP software (Daftra), efficiently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
- Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
- Answer our customer's questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Handling complaints.
- Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product's technicalities or to solve critical problems.
- Test the system and report if there are any bugs.
Working Conditions:
- 5 working days, 8 working hours.
- Rotational shifts (24/7) on a monthly basis.
- Rotational days off on a monthly basis.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.Must be flexible with the rotational shifts concept. Must be flexible with the customer visits if required. Software company experience is preferred.From 1 to 5 years of experience as an accountant or in accounting is a must.Excellent in using Excel and Accounting programs is a must.Fluent English speaker (B2) is preferred.Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).Excellent customer handling skills.
