Position Duties:
- Responsible for finishing and fit out of projects.
- Responsible for Preparing Project Schedules and Budget.
- Responsible for all day to day site activities.
- Follow up with all subcontractors and analyze the progress of their work
- Prepare reports for site activities
- Uphold site inspections for all fit out works
- Responsible for site purchasing and procurement
- Uphold material inspection on site.
- Responsible for following the site schedule and maintain delivery of site on time.
- Assuring the quality/safety measures are maintained on site.
- Preparing & Reviewing the subcontractors’ invoices according to site progress.
Experience in High End Finishing and Fit Out WorksGood written and spoken the English language.Very good knowledge of MS Office application.Very good knowledge of AutoCAD application.Experience: 5 - 7 Years of experiencePrevious experience in construction companies is a Must.
