Responsibilities

• Supervising on Preparing medications and executing prescription orders and controlling technical matters for calibers working in the pharmacy.
• Ordering pharmacy supplies and controlling the inventory on a daily basis.
• Enforcing best practice protocols when storing prescription medications and controlled substances.
• Verifying prescription details with the healthcare specialists who prescribed them, when required.
• Supervising his team about the recommended use, dosage, and possible side-effects of medication for cases.
• Verifying expiry dates.
• Monitoring product displays and shelves, as well as the general appearance of the pharmacy.
• Supervising on addressing cases’ requests and complaints and revising them with concerned departments as soon as possible.
• Appointing and training new pharmacy employees and scheduling shifts   .
• Preparing all reports related to the pharmacy, including medications needs, medication delivery plan, patient receipt report, and any report requested from senior management   .
• Commitment to work within the policies of quality control and public safety.
• Keeping records of patients' cases and information  .
• Developing a documentary course for the dispensing of medicines and pharmacy balances.
• Work to provide fast and distinguished service to patients   .
• Dealing with patients in a tactful manner
