- Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
- Manage CRM ( leads distribution and analysis) and give feedback and report.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Assigning leads to relevant sales teams and/or persons.
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Maintaining client records.
- Administrative tasks, and documents.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports to the direct manager.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Bachelor DegreePrevious experience as a sales admin in real estate company from 3 years to 5 years.Excellent command of English Language.Communication and negotiable skills.Proficient MS Office user.Experience with CRM Software.Problem solving skills.Attention to details.Females only
