Front Office & Sales Administrator Real Estate - Ismailia

  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
  • Manage CRM ( leads distribution and analysis) and give feedback and report.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Assigning leads to relevant sales teams and/or persons.
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Administrative tasks, and documents.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports to the direct manager.
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

Bachelor DegreePrevious experience as a sales admin in real estate company from 3 years to 5 years.Excellent command of English Language.Communication and negotiable skills.Proficient MS Office user.Experience with CRM Software.Problem solving skills.Attention to details.Females only
