- *Etimad Platform Management*: Lead the efforts in researching, identifying, and bidding on government projects through the Etimad platform.
- *Project Evaluation*: Analyze tender opportunities, evaluate project feasibility, and prepare detailed reports on potential government projects.
- *Proposal Preparation*: Draft and submit proposals, including technical and financial documents, through Etimad. Ensure all required documentation and criteria are met.
- *Bidding Process*: Take ownership of the entire bidding process, from identifying relevant opportunities to submitting proposals and following up on submission status.
- *Contract Acquisition*: Work toward acquiring high-value contracts from the government by submitting competitive proposals and engaging with stakeholders to ensure a winning strategy.
- *Project Execution Planning*: Develop comprehensive plans for the successful execution of projects secured via Etimad, ensuring resource allocation, timelines, and budgets are well managed.
- *Collaboration*: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and government entities to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
- *Risk Management*: Identify potential risks related to each project and establish appropriate mitigation strategies.
- *Reporting & Documentation*: Maintain clear records of all submitted tenders and track the performance of ongoing projects. Provide regular updates to senior management.
- *Minimum of 5 years of experience* working with the Etimad platform, specifically in managing, submitting, and winning government tenders and projects.- Proven track record in *acquiring and managing government projects* within Saudi Arabia.- Strong experience in *project planning, budgeting, and execution* of large-scale projects.- Exceptional knowledge of the *Etimad platform processes*, documentation requirements, and best practices.- Ability to work from our office in *Cairo*, with a focus on the Saudi market
