Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales ,Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.Proven track + 8 years of success in HORECA sales or management roles, with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics and customer needs.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals .Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a customer-centric approach.Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Results-oriented, with a focus on driving sales growth and maximizing profitability.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities.
