Responsibilities:
- Identify potential Business opportunities, researching and analyzing market trends.
- Manage and monitor training, to get feedback about development areas.
- Handle training requests of the clients.
- Make calls, send proposals, attend meetings with potential clients.
- Understand the client's needs and preferences to develop the best solutions in coordination with different departments like, learning Design, Marketing.
- Build and Maintain relationship with the clients to ensure achieving satisfaction and repeated business.
- Attend meetings with potential clients to explain and present skills Bank's services and solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of experience in consultancy/ training field.
- Proficiency level in English language (written and spoken)
