1.Assist senior and middle management level to set departmental/team objectives and targets to match SMART
objectives criteria aiming to promote performance-based culture and increase quality of organizational goals
cascading process.
2. Prepare and facilitate year-end ratings and calibration (rating distribution) to ensure proper completion of the
annual performance review cycle while matching the normal distribution and performance differentiation.
3. Prepare the performance appraisal grievance schedules and documentations as well as supervise the set action
plan for the under-performers as well as the translation of relevant documents to match compliance and legal
guidelines.
4. Manage scheduling, enrolment and logistics for the management/leadership development programs including
learners’ data update.
5. Generate reports and analytics for performance management and leadership development programs addressing
senior-middle management level based on their IDPs.
6. Contributes to the bidding process of external SMEs/Partners that are contributing to the
management/leadership programs cluster considering proper selection criteria.
7. Facilitate and monitor the assessment center process, findings and database update that contributes to
succession planning and career development activities.


 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or other related fields. 6+ years of experience in the talent management filed. HR diploma. KPIs certification V.G command of English on both verbal and written Excellent communication and persuasion without authority skills. Very Good command in MS office applications (Word, Excel & Power point) Ability to manage time effectively and deal with a high level of details. High level of enthusiasm for learning, researching & self-development.
