Sales managers & supervisors with previous experience required at medical devices trading company (Ultrasound, ICU, NICU, OR) for all governorates in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Medical Representatives: You will be responsible for supervising the performance and productivity of the team, building the brands of the company, and developing the market image and reputation of the company’s products/brands
- Achieving targets: You will be responsible for achieving targets assigned by the Company.
- Ensuring customer coverage: You will be responsible for ensuring customer coverage as per strategy and managing and executing strategies meant for customer coverage, promotions, and performance review.
- Vacancy management: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing vacant areas by sourcing candidates for filling vacancies or keeping backup plans ready.
- Being a mentor, coach or trainer: You will be responsible for developing the competency of team members, preparing talents for level next, and being a mentor, coach or trainer for his/her team of Medical Representatives.
- Supervision and controlling activities of team: You will be responsible for supervising and controlling activities of the team.
- A bridge between management and field: You will act as a bridge between management and field.
- Collaboration: You will collaborate with different company teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in medical devices sales managing or similar roles.Knowledge of medical devices market, competitors and customer needs.Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.A bachelor’s degree or higher in biomedical engineering, or related fields is preferred.
