Recruitment Specialist - Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Recruiter with expertise in e-commerce to join our talent acquisition team. The Marketing Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and hiring top marketing talent, with a focus on candidates who have experience in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, and e-commerce marketing. You will work closely with the marketing department to meet the recruitment needs of a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Marketing Talent: Identify and engage marketing professionals with a background in e-commerce, including digital marketers, SEO/SEM specialists, performance marketers, content creators, social media managers, and CRM experts.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Own the full-cycle recruitment process for marketing positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
  • Candidate Sourcing Channels: Use job boards, social media, digital marketing communities, and professional networks to build a pipeline of qualified candidates with relevant e-commerce experience.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure candidates have the required marketing skills, e-commerce knowledge, and cultural fit.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to ensure competitive recruitment efforts for marketing roles.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide insights to improve the marketing recruitment process.
  • Offer Management & Negotiation: Work with candidates and hiring managers to manage offer negotiations, ensuring competitive compensation packages aligned with market standards.

Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter, with a strong focus on hiring marketing professionals in e-commerce or digital environments.Proven experience recruiting for a variety of marketing roles, including digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content creation, CRM, and social media management.Skills:Proficient in using recruitment platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and marketing-specific talent platforms.Strong knowledge of marketing disciplines, especially in the context of e-commerce (e.g., online advertising, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM systems, and other e-commerce marketing technologies.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience recruiting for marketing roles in an e-commerce company or a marketing agency with a focus on digital campaigns.Familiarity with digital marketing trends, influencer marketing, and e-commerce growth strategies.Certification in recruiting (CIR, AIRS) or marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
