Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.

Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback.
Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources.

Experience from 3 years to 6 years.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address project challenges effectively.
