Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for project sales.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects from sales handover to completion.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
10.  Worked to implement best practices for sales team recruitment, development and performance management.


From 5 to 7 years of experience as a mechanical sales engineer BSc degree in Engineering
