- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain inventory levels, monitor stock, and place orders to avoid shortages.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing.
Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
