-Manage and Support FawryPay E-merchants.
-Integrate with the new FawryPay E-merchants.
-Perform UAT for FawryPay system and creating Test cases document.
-Propose solutions to overcome quality issues.
-Production issues management by investigating and reporting the issues.
-Managing daily Adhoc tasks when requested.
-Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or a similar discipline is preferred.-1:2 Proven experience in business operations or management, including UAT process.-Flexibility required for after-hours scheduling to support UAT, system updates, or urgent operational needs.-Previous experience in operations in the e-payment or loyalty field is a plus.-JSON / JavaScript / XML knowledge Is Plus.
