- Prepare and develop cash flow forecast of projects and highlight any cash constraints using a scientific approach.
- Prepare prospective workload analysis and plan resources accordingly.
- Issue weekly Reports to update management with different business aspects.
- Develop cost and time plans/schedules of projects using Primavera software packages.
- Build, update and maintain resources database to facilitate resource allocation during projects’ planning and efficiently track cost against budget during execution phase.
- Monitor day-to-day work progress for project(s) and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.
- Tracking and analyzing field results is another key responsibility.
- Continually make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to Operations Manager.
- Study the impact of alternative approaches.
- Works closely with others involved in the project.
- Attend crucial meetings and provide status updates to Clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
BSc in Mechanical, civil or Construction Management Engineering.excellent in using supporting software like Primavera, MS Office, MS project, Power BI and Power point.good experience in using cost control methods.Very Good in English language both writing and speaking.Experience of dealing with multiple projects at the same time.Good understanding of sub & superstructure construction works.Communication & organizational skills.Attention to details.Good grammar and technical report writing skills.Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.Maadi Area or nearby residents are preferred.ready To join immediately is a Plus 50 % Possibility of travel to work location
