Job Description:
· Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
· Conduct regular performance reviews and facilitate professional development opportunities.
· Provide expertise in workforce planning and talent forecasting.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
· Manage communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
· Prepare regular reports for management on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field· Minimum 7 years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred. · FMCG background is a must.· Strong understanding of Interviews and assessments methodologies.· Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform decision-making.· Excellent communication skills.· Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex programs.
