We are a growing FinTech company looking for a talented Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be focused on supporting the operations of our gold trading platform, which facilitates the buying, selling, and storing of gold for our customers.
Job Description
- Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth transactions for customers on the gold trading platform.
- Coordinate with the finance and customer service teams to streamline processes related to gold transactions, including purchasing, selling, and storage.
- Monitor and optimize operational performance metrics for user transactions on the platform.
- Identify operational issues related to gold asset management and proactively provide solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of gold transactions and ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and provide operational support to ensure a smooth experience on the platform.
Job RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role, preferably within the financial or technology sectors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).Experience in managing operations related to financial assets or investment platforms is a plus.
