- Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, configuration, debugging, maintenance, and upgrades for Cisco active network devices.
- Configuration and development of core and peripheral network and firewall devices will require continuous learning of new devices (Cisco switches, Aruba, Sophos, Firewall, Access Points, and Access control systems).
- Create firewalls and update virus protection software and data security systems to protect data and communications.
- Configuration and troubleshooting WIFI system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging network tools and technologies.
- Collaborate and support the work of other staff engaged in similar functions.
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments.
- Replace faulty network hardware components when required.
- Confer with network users about solving existing network problems.
- Support branches and sites in network connectivity.
- Second-line support and troubleshooting.
2-3 years of experience.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related field.CCNA/ CCNP/ Sophos certification and any such certification related to Network troubleshooting & diagnosis tools will be an added advantage.Good in English is a Plus.
