Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media buying strategies to achieve campaign objectives, considering target audience, budget, and media channels
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to allocate media buyer budget effectively, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiating rates and terms to secure optimal placements
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to optimize reach, frequency, and engagement
- Manage media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets
- Conducting market research and audience analysis to inform media buying decisions. This includes industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging media opportunities to capitalize on new market developments
- Collaborate with internal/ external teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences across various media platforms
- Monitor costs associated with media buying activities and evaluate return on investment (ROI) to ensure optimal utilization of resources and drive maximum value for the organization
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align paid and non-paid marketing efforts, ensuring consistency and Collaboration across all marketing channels
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and new technologies to continuously improve performance
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in media buying, with previous experience in developing and executing successful media campaigns
- Familiarity with media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and other analytic tools
