- Supervise pilots across their daily duties in different areas to ensure that every shipment is picked and delivered within SLA.
- Responsible for overall operational management and performance of delivery operations.
- Follow up delivery with couriers according to areas and load of business
- Ensure that the process and employees are working smoothly and efficiently.
- Achieve KPI & SLA of delivery & pickup commitment.
- Supervise pilots to ensure that safety best practices are being followed while handling shipments.
- Develop delivery best practices and SOPs to operations and in collaboration with customer service.
- Evaluate all aspects of employee performance and provide coaching or discipline as needed.
- Provide operations staff with guidance and support to cope with volume growth.
- Reassign responsibilities based on the change in volumes or geography.
