Responsibilities:
· Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
· Conduct negotiations with the suppliers, ensuring that the items meet the required specifications.
· Monitor and track orders to guarantee on-time delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
· Accurately manage and input order details, including vendor information, quantities, and prices, into our internal databases.
· Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria.
· Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
· Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations.
· Proactively monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders as necessary to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· (3-6) years of working experience in the same field.
· Experience in IT purchasing is a must.
· Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
· Strong communication, Negotiation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
· Professional degree in using Microsoft office kit.
