Position: MEP Electrical Tendering Engineer

Job Description:

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and bills of quantities. Ensure timely clarification requests for better bid submission clarity.
• Prepare site visit reports after conducting site surveys and evaluating site conditions.
• Divide projects into packages, create Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and coordinate with the procurement team to obtain price offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare initial design drawings and method statements for execution of BOQ items if required.
• Conduct comparison studies for suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations and develop breakdown cost estimations based on the client's Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and specific requirements.
• Update database prices for all items.
• Create commercial and technical proposals to ensure accurate compliance with the client's requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of experience.
• Fire Fighting background preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Excellent command of written English and very good command of spoken English.
