- Planning, scheduling, and coordinating production of the company’s products.
- Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
- Implement Monthly and Weekly Master Production Schedules (MPS) according to Sales Requirements and Forecasted Demand for Assembly Lines and manufacturing Work Shop.
- Follow up with Purchasing and Warehouse to make sure the required materials are delivered within due dates and required quantities.
- Finding ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Reporting on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Handling production disruptions and productivity problems
- Using market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes.
- Scheduling shifts and workers to provide proper coverage.
- Other duties as required.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial Engineering or relevant .Exp. in preparing production plan + follow up (+ 6 Years)Good command (writing and speaking) English language.Excel, MS project and AccessStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees.Knowledge of production processes and production control (preferred in forming of sheet metal)Flexibility and creativity.Analytical skills
