HR Generalist - FMCG

Location: Libya

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day HR operations in Libya.
  • Support HR Director in planning, budgeting, and staffing.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
  • Manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and training & development programs.
  • Handle employee relations, including communication, engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance management activities in collaboration with department heads.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and data.
  • Stay updated on relevant HR practices and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience supporting international operations with multiple locations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • HR certifications preferred.

Additional Information:

  • This role will be a point of contact for HR needs across all Libyan sites.

The HR Generalist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
