HR Generalist - FMCG
Location: Libya
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day HR operations in Libya.
- Support HR Director in planning, budgeting, and staffing.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance and competitiveness.
- Manage recruitment, employee onboarding, and training & development programs.
- Handle employee relations, including communication, engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct performance management activities in collaboration with department heads.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data.
- Stay updated on relevant HR practices and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experience supporting international operations with multiple locations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- HR certifications preferred.
Additional Information:
- This role will be a point of contact for HR needs across all Libyan sites.
